The space

Inside the house you will find;
- a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a range of cooking utensils,
- a bright living room overlooking the private pool and landscaped garden.
Furnished with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV,
- a dining room with a table for six,
- a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and quality bedding and storage cupboards,
- a bathroom with bath and washbasin, with towels provided.
In the basement you will find :
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite shower room with basin,
- a second bedroom with a queen-size bed
- a balcony or terrace to enjoy the outdoors.
- a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, you can enjoy meals on the patio over a charcoal barbecue and share unforgettable memories.

The swimming pool measures 9x3m and is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasol. The wooded garden, with its beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, is the perfect place to enjoy a warm summer's day.

The house also has broadband internet access and private parking.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Discover the markets: The town is famous for its traditional market, which takes place every Saturday morning throughout the year and every Wednesday morning from June to September. The market offers a wide variety of local produce, including truffles, walnuts, cheeses, wines and local fruit and vegetables.

Explore the châteaux: Sarlat is surrounded by numerous châteaux, including the Château de Beynac, one of the most beautiful medieval châteaux in France, and the Château des Milandes, home to the famous dancer Josephine Baker.

Private enclosed car park on the property. The villa is a 5-minute drive from a Casino supermarket and 10 minutes from Sarlat town centre depending on traffic.

A railway line passes 50 m from the house and is used 2 times a day.
