At Odile and Xavier's – Charming Family House in Sarlat

The space

Fully restored family home for up to 6 people.
Ideally located, you will be close to the heart of Sarlat, visiting its shops, restaurants and discovering its heritage rich in history.

You'll enjoy a fully-equipped private courtyard, where you can share delicious family meals over a charcoal barbecue, or simply relax and recharge your batteries in the shade of the lime tree.

" On the ground floor you'll find"

• a fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senséo coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer,
• an unusual lounge/dining room with an exposed wall in the rock. A comfortable, generous sofa for lounging on, two armchairs, a dining table that can seat 6, a TV, Wi-Fi,
• a spacious bedroom with a 120x190 bed and en-suite shower room with washbasin washbasin, shower and wc.

"On the first floor"
- a dormitory room with three single beds 90x190 and bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.
- a family room with generous space and light overlooking the courtyard, with private bathroom with bath, double washbasins and wc.

For your comfort, the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Access to the rear of the house allows you to park in the lane while you drop off your bags.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Guest access

You will have access to the back of the house to drop off your luggage.

Your main contact will be Agnès, who looks after our house as we are not ourselves on site. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

The house and its garden are located close to the road, which may cause a nuisance.

To make your arrival easier, we provide you with a starter pack containing the essentials to get your stay off to a good start:

2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet
1 bin liner
1 sponge and washing-up liquid
A few coffee pods
A few dishwasher pods
For the rest of your stay, we invite you to bring your own supplies from the supermarket.
